Our swords are sold as collector and cultural items. Each item is produced individually after the order is confirmed. Slight variations may occur due to handcrafted manufacturing. Goods must still match their description and comply with applicable legal warranties.

3) Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, incorrect information, or legal restrictions. Once an order is confirmed, production begins and cancellation may not always be possible.

4) Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be completed at checkout through the secure payment methods provided on the website.

5) Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary with production, carrier delays, customs processing and local conditions. If delivery is delayed, contact us so we can investigate and explain the available options. Nothing in these terms excludes a cancellation or refund right required by applicable law.

6) Customs and import responsibility

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the ordered item can legally be imported and possessed in their location. Any taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or import procedures requested by authorities are the responsibility of the buyer.

7) Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Return Policy available on the dedicated page. By placing an order you acknowledge having read and accepted it.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, or illegal use of any product purchased on this site. Products must be handled and stored responsibly.
